Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Product has manufacturing defect
  • Expired products (before expiry date)
  • All seals and packaging intact

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products opened or used
  • Missing original packaging
  • Damaged by customer
  • Perfumes & fragrances (opened)

Exchange Policy

Want to exchange a product? We've got you covered:

  • • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
  • • Product must be unused with original packaging intact
  • • Exchange for the same product in different variant (color/size)
  • • Exchange for different product of equal or higher value
  • • Pay the difference if exchanging for a higher-value product
  • • No extra delivery charges for exchanges

Product Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged product:
