Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

- Expired products (before expiry date)
- All seals and packaging intact

- Products opened or used
- Missing original packaging
- Damaged by customer
- Perfumes & fragrances (opened)
- Personal care items (hygiene)
- After 7 days from delivery

Exchange Policy
Want to exchange a product? We've got you covered:
- • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
- • Product must be unused with original packaging intact
- • Exchange for the same product in different variant (color/size)
- • Exchange for different product of equal or higher value
- • Pay the difference if exchanging for a higher-value product
- • No extra delivery charges for exchanges
Product Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged product:
- 1. Do not accept the delivery if damage is visible
- 2. If damage is discovered after acceptance, inform us within 24 hours
- 3. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- 4. Contact our customer service team immediately
- 5. We'll arrange for replacement or full refund

For COD orders, refund is processed after we receive the returned product
